Die Einf\u00fchrungsveranstaltung findet am Dienstag, 11. M\u00e4rz, um 18 Uhr statt. Die Teilnahmegeb\u00fchr betr\u00e4gt 22,50 EUR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch der l\u00e4ngste Weg beginnt mit dem ersten Schritt. So steht diese Heilfastenwoche unter dem Motto: &#8222;Aufbruch in bessere Zeiten&#8220;. Gemeinsam brechen wir auf, um neue Wege zu gehen und die ersten Schritte in eine ges\u00fcndere und bewu\u00dftere Zukunft zu wagen. Bei f\u00fcnf Treffen gibt es genaue Informationen rund ums Heilfasten, Entspannungs\u00fcbungen, Elemente aus dem Yoga.
